Pat Kehoe has more than 40 years of experience in the electronics industry. He began his career as a representative for the PR Mallory Company in the early 1960’s, meeting the component needs of U.S. electronics manufacturers. His success earned him a promotion to East Coast Regional Manager in 1967. In 1969, Mr. Kehoe bought a warehouse in Upstate New York and founded PACE Electronics to provide his clients with a broader selection of quality components from a variety of sources at the lowest possible prices. Over the next two decades, Mr. Kehoe’s continuous search for the best component values in the world led him first to sources in Japan and Taiwan, and ultimately to China. He expanded PACE’s capabilities to include contract manufacturing so that he could offer his customers the added value of subassembly and turnkey production at low Asian prices. Today, thanks to Mr. Kehoe’s vision, search for value, and commitment to customer satisfaction, PACE is an international company with a manufacturing plant in China and clients around the world.
