If we’re building your product from in-stock components, we can deliver in as little as eight weeks – including prototyping. And because of the labor savings in China, we can expedite your order, if necessary, and still save you money. Q. Who do I work with to ensure that everything goes according to plan? A. You work with our U.S. based program management and experienced sales representatives, located in PACE offices in New York and California and at our network of representatives throughout North America. Q. Will PACE deliver to my schedule and in the small lot quantities that I need? A. PACE allows you to take advantage of high volume manufacturing and shipping efficiencies – even if you can only accept low volume deliveries. We maintain stateside buffer inventories at our warehouses in New York and Mississippi for just that reason. We will deliver the quantities you need just in time, regardless of your total production volume. MRP and Kan-Ban inventory programs are also available. Q. We already have engineering drawings. Can you source and procure all the specified OEM components? A. We can get any name brand components you require. However, in most cases, we can procure equivalent quality components from our Pacific Rim suppliers that cost 25%-50% less than name brand. Q. Can you help me design my product? A. Absolutely. PACE can provide engineering support from initial concept to final drawings. And because our engineers work closely with our procurement team, and are also familiar with PACE Technologies manufacturing capabilities, we can optimize your design for maximum production efficiency, saving you time and money. Q. Does PACE provide samples? A. Yes. Off-the-shelf parts are sent immediately along with appropriate test data, and are generally received within 30 days.  Q. Do you offer guaranteed pricing and terms? A. Yes. PACE offers guaranteed pricing for one year regardless of currency fluctuations. We offer FOB destinations of Sodus, New York, or Hong Kong, China. Our standard payment terms are 2% discount for Net 10 days.
